Group Structure

	Originally both companies operated a mobile contract sales business which has been sold at 31 December 2009. Following the disposal getmobile AG (based in Munich) provides services to other companies of the group.
	Premingo is an open internet platform for a large variety of household contracts such as electricity, credit cards, internet access, magazine subscriptions etc. It operates out of getmobile's Munich office.
	getperformance GmbH (based in Munich) is the groups internet and TV media and marketing agency also servicing third party customers.
	getlogics GmbH (based in Trier) provides warehousing and packing facilities for the group and third parties.
	pauldirekt GmbH operates the first video based shopping community platform for CE and lifestyle products. Pauldirekt is based in Munich.
