Business Strategy

With a debt free balance sheet, (€10,7 million cash at 30 June 2009) and a deep knowledge of the German mobile phone and e-commerce markets getmobile's strategy is two fold:
  1. Developing new internet based business models for the German market either on its own account or via appropriate joint venture structures and enhancing their development with its extensive E-Commerce, Procurement and TV know-how;
  2. Establishing the two service companies as cornerstone for the group as well as third party german ecommerce companies 
This strategy has been reflected in the establishment of Premingo GmbH in 2007, the establishment of pauldirekt in November 2008, the 36,9% acquisition of shirtinator AG in February/September 2009 and getperformances acquisition of a  range of third party customers in 2009.
